Lose Weight #1: Eat 5 or more smaller meals

To keep your metabolism fast and efficient... and your digestive system working smoothly to eliminate toxins and waste sludge from your body, eat 5 smaller meals instead of 3 big meals. Why? Because 3 big meals blocks up your digestive system during the digestive process. If you were to use 5 smaller meals, the exit time of the wastes would be greatly reduced because the digestive system doesn't have to work as hard.

Lose Weight #2: Stay hydrated

Drinking a lot of water is a boring tip, I know... but do it anyway. If you drank water right now, you can expect about a 20-30% increase in the speed of your metabolism almost immediately. Water works that good and that fast. You can try drinking half your bodyweight in ounces of water (example: you weigh 160 pounds, so therefore you drink 80 ounces of water each day).

Or do what I do. Just sip water throughout the day. I have a 1 gallon jug of water I sip from. By the end of the day, it has to be gone. Makes things easy for me.

Lose Weight #3: Do mini-workouts frequently instead of longer workouts infrequently

By doing mini-workouts (2-10 minute workouts) instead of longer workouts, your give the body an extra boost to it's metabolism more often. Basically, you're training your body to have a quicker metabolism. I use TV commercials for my mini-workouts. I do 2 minutes at a time during each commercial. Over 1 hour, that usually equals about 22 minutes of working out during a typical TV show.

So, if you use these 3 tips, you can start your way to looking like Mariah Carey in a bikini. I won't say it's easy, but it's definitely not as hard as you may think. Maybe even take a picture of Mariah Carey in a bikini for motivation on what you can look forward to for yourself!
